Cutting rubber and foam into strips and rolls
Using our various slitting machines, we can cut rubber and foam into strips or slice entire rolls of rubber and foam sheets to your specifications. We can process both thick and thin rubber or foam and deliver the material in precise dimensions and lengths according to your individual requirements.
Rubber strips, interlayer tapes, and sealings from full rolls of rubber sheeting, available in both solid rubber and sponge rubber. Our equipment ensures precise and consistent cutting, making this method suitable for both small and large production runs.

We can cut rubber sheet rolls to full roll width in thicknesses of up to 20 mm for solid rubber and up to 30 mm for sponge rubber. This provides great flexibility in production and makes it possible to manufacture many different types of products for industrial applications. Your cut rubber can also be supplied with or without an adhesive backing, depending on how the material will be used.
