At AAG, our employees are our most important resource, and the mix of young and older employees from diverse backgrounds creates a positive dynamic within the company and ensures that we are constantly evolving for the future. We currently employ 37 people from a wide range of backgrounds, ranging from unskilled hourly workers to salaried employees with advanced degrees.
Sales
I have been working at AAG for 9 years and am currently a Key Account Manager responsible for both existing clients and outbound sales. My day-to-day work is a good mix of client interactions, off-site meetings, and time in the office.
One of the biggest advantages of my job is the freedom and responsibility I have in my day-to-day work. I’m able to make many decisions on my own and feel strongly supported by both management and my colleagues.

Finance & Administration
I started as an office trainee at AAG in 2022, where I completed a two-year apprenticeship and developed both professional and social competencies. I was subsequently hired as a full-time office assistant, and today I primarily work with finance and administration. I have grown a lot in this role and continue to do so.
At AAG, you can always get the help you need. The flat organizational structure makes it easy to go directly to colleagues and find solutions, which fosters good teamwork and a sense of shared responsibility.
One of the first things I noticed when I started was the social atmosphere. There’s always time for a quick chat or a joke during the workday, and there are fun, carefully planned staff events.

Sales
I’ve been working at AAG for just over a year and am currently responsible for clients in the wind energy industry. I find AAG to be a workplace that offers a great deal of freedom with responsibility. I’m able to plan my own daily schedule, and I’m trusted by both management and my colleagues.
Having both our production facilities and offices under one roof is a major advantage. It makes it easier to closely monitor operations and be on hand when questions arise, while also strengthening the social environment—which, by the way, is top-notch at AAG.

AAG is proud of our AAA rating. We have been awarded the AAA Gold-diploma for highest creditworthiness over the last ten years. This rating is the highest rating in Denmark, and it equals high quality and presents AAG as a solid, strong and economical healthy partner.
