What are natural rubber (NR) and SBR?
Natural rubber (NR) and SBR are types of rubber characterized by high elasticity, wear resistance, and strength. They are often used in shock absorbers, conveyor belts, and technical products with high mechanical requirements.
However, they do not withstand oil and ozone very well.
Typical characteristics:
- Temperature: -40°F to +80°F
- Very high elasticity and mechanical strength
- Not resistant to ozone, UV rays, and oil
