water cutting an advanced and precise cutting technique in which a powerful water jet under pressure of up to 4,000 bar is used to cut materials such as rubber, plastic, and foam. The water is directed through a fine nozzle, resulting in a very precise and smooth cut surface—even in complex contours and detailed workpieces.
This process is known as cold cutting, in which the material is not exposed to heat. This makes water cutting for soft or heat-sensitive materials that cannot withstand traditional cutting methods.
