At AAG, we offer a variety of semi-metallic gaskets from Lamons. Semi-metallic gaskets contain soft and flexible sealing materials that improve the sealing performance at the joint while generally requiring lower clamping force compared to all-metal gaskets. Due to this composition, semi-metal gaskets are very popular. They can be manufactured from almost any type of metal that is available in thin strips or plates and that can be welded. Therefore, they can be used at all temperatures up to approximately 1093°C.

Semi-metallic gaskets can also compensate for flange movement caused by temperature gradients, pressure fluctuations, and vibrations. We offer semi-metallic gaskets in various styles and sizes, including spiral-wound gaskets.
