To secure tarps on trucks, trailers, and tent halls, among other things, you can purchase AAG elastic cord, which is made of latex coated with polyethylene (PE).  All ropes and cords are ISO 9001 tested and manufactured in accordance with the BS 4928:1985 standard. The ropes are also tested for environmental properties, density, strength, elongation at break, elasticity, and shrinkage.
