Custom-made u-protection profiles PU foam for improved workplace safety

AAG was contacted by a customer who had seen our u-protection profiles the Royal Arena and wanted the same solution to improve safety for their employees. Sometimes space is limited, and it may be necessary to cover sharp edges to prevent injuries and accidents in the workplace.

In this case, the customer requested a custom solution tailored precisely to their needs, which we were, of course, able to provide. The moldings are made of polyurethane and feature a core of PU foam and a wear layer of solid polyurethane, which is an extremely durable material.

AAG protective strips can be used to cover sharp corners, edges, or exposed pipes. They are also used on machines, shelving units, or vehicles.
