At AAG, we offer milling services for products made of rubber, plastic, and foam. Our milling machine operates based on a drawing, which we at AAG can create in our Design & Engineering Department. Using our machine, we can mill holes, countersunk holes, and cavities/pockets.

In this case, the customer requested a custom-designed solution tailored to their unique needs. The plastic parts feature rounded corners and are made of nylon. Nylon is known for its rigidity and strength at higher temperatures, as well as its toughness, wear resistance, and chemical resistance.
