CNC-milled PEHD lids with durable markings for wind energy customers

AAG supplies PEHD lids made from plates various colors, milled on our 5-axis CNC milling machine.

One of our customers in the wind industry required clear markings on the covers for platforms in wind turbine foundations—markings that would not fade over time.

In the past, tape or paint was used to color-code the lids. This works in the short term, but the markings wear off and peel away, requiring ongoing maintenance.

The solution was PEHD lids made from plates various colors. This way, the color is an integral part of the material itself, and the markings remain clear throughout the product’s entire lifespan.

The lids are CNC-milled on our 5-axis machine, ensuring high precision and consistent quality.
