AAG Delivers Custom-Made Solution for Ship

AAG has delivered four molded rubber blocks to one of our marine customers. The blocks are made of durable and hard-wearing polyurethane (PUR) and weigh 48 kg each.

Specially designed PUR rubber blocks for protecting boats, people, and other equipment

AAG has delivered four molded rubber blocks to one of our marine customers. The blocks are made of durable and hard-wearing polyurethane (PUR) and weigh 48 kg each. Each block is unique and features holes for easier installation.

To develop the right solution, we visited the customer on-site. There, we gained a better understanding of the customer’s wishes and needs and took measurements for the blocks. Shortly thereafter, our design and engineering department completed the drawings for the custom-designed components, which were subsequently manufactured and delivered.

As can be seen in the photos, the blocks have been permanently installed so that a boat can rest firmly and securely on them. The blocks are made of a durable and sturdy material and are designed to protect the boat from potential damage. In addition, the blocks ensure that no harm comes to people or other equipment.

Each block has a unique design to provide the perfect support and protection for the boat. The customer was very pleased with the result, and we were happy to see that the blocks added value for the customer.
