To secure tarps on trucks, trailers, and tent halls, among other things, you can purchase AAG elastic cord, which is latex-coated with polyethylene (PE).  All ropes and cords are ISO 9001 tested and manufactured in accordance with the BS 4928:1985 standard. The ropes are also tested for environmental properties, density, strength, elongation at break, elasticity, and shrinkage.
